About Elite Home Improvements
At Elite Home Improvements we strive to provide quality craftsmanship and lawncare to meet our customers needs. With the variety of services offered, we hope to provide you with an array of services within one company for more efficient hiring for remodeling and landscaping services. We aim to leave our customers feeling satisfied with their dream home on the inside and outside.
Our Process
Our process starts with a telephonic conversation to discuss the project(s) needing to be done as well as setting up a time to view the project(s) in person. Certain projects may not require an in-person visit. Next, a free quote will be provided to the customer for review and, upon acceptance of the quote, the customer and owner of Elite Home Improvements will finalize a contract to move forward with the project(s). Remodeling projects do require a deposit before starting the project. Each project will be completed in an efficient, timely manner weather permitting. At the completion of each project, the remaining balance will be due.
Telephonic Consultation
During the inital telephonic consultation, the client will describe thier needs and expectations for their projects and discuss the next steps with the owner of Elite Home improvements.
Remodel or Landscaping
Estimate
After a contract has been signed and date set for beiginning the project, all required materials will be purchased and the job will start on the estimated start date weather permitting.
(Before the start of a remodeling project, a deposit must be provided prior to the start date.)
On-Site Consultations
The Onsite Consultation is important for the client to be able to explain with visuals what they are expecting from the project. With this consultation, the owner of Elite Home Improvements will be able to give an accurate estimate of the project cost.
The Finishing
Touches
After the project is complete, the final payment of the remaining balance will be due. We take pride in our work and our goal is to provide our customers with quality work that meets or exceeds their expectations.
